We have worked with lead agencies across multiple infrastructure sectors including transport, health, education, housing, local government and defence so we can bring multiple perspectives and points of comparison. We are trusted advisors to public transport agencies throughout New Zealand and Australia having worked with most of the major transport agencies across New Zealand and the states and territories of Australia.
We bring over 100 years’ combined senior level experience working with public and private business developing infrastructure investment and operating systems, from the drafting of sector wide strategies to the successful delivery of major programmes to bring those strategies to fruition.
We combine skills in decision making support and P3 (portfolio, programme and project) governance design to help your organisation set priorities and deliver on those priorities. We have recognised expertise in building decision frameworks, facilitating the use of decision frameworks to agree priorities, establishing and ensuring effective governance to deliver major programmes, building mature systems around infrastructure investment and commissioning for outcomes and contracting for services.
We recognise that infrastructure is not an end in itself – more critical are the services which are enabled by the facilities, equipment and technology. Our services provide a broad range of support to the implementation of infrastructure-related decisions including financial, economic and commercial advisory, operational services strategy, commissioning and project management support.
We also know that in many cases achieving public acceptability is just as important as making the right decision, and the reputational risks must be carefully managed to optimise chances of success. We can assist in lucidly communicating the case for change so that stakeholders and the wider public understand the rationale for investment or change in service model.
